On August 27, Major General Nguyen Duc Hai, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Director of the Dong Nai Provincial Police, chaired the August police work conference and outlined key tasks for September 2025.

In August, the Provincial Police successfully organized the 1st Party Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Police Party Committee for the 2025-2030 tenure. Simultaneously, they advised the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province to organize the 80th Anniversary of the People's Public Security Traditional Day and the 20th Anniversary of the “All People Protect National Security” festival.
Furthermore, the police force across the province has proactively fulfilled its responsibilities in safeguarding national security and ensuring social order and safety. They have also effectively maintained the security and safety of significant political, economic, cultural, and social targets and events occurring in the province..

During the month, the police investigated and resolved 121 out of 139 criminal cases related to social order (achieving a rate of 87.5%), arresting and processing 267 individuals. Among these, they solved 15 out of 20 particularly serious and extremely serious cases, reaching a rate of 75%. Additionally, the police identified 16 cases of economic law violations and 40 cases of environmental law violations.

In his closing remarks and directives at the conference, Major General Nguyen Duc Hai, Director of the Provincial Police, recognized and praised the efforts and results accomplished by the police units and localities over the past month. The Provincial Police Director urged units and localities to build on these achievements, gradually addressing shortcomings and limitations to enhance work efficiency. Police units and localities are tasked with firmly combating loan-sharking and high-tech crimes while reinforcing inspections of conditional business establishments.
Heads of police units and localities must tighten discipline, lead by example, and show strong determination to fulfill their assigned duties effectively. A key focus is to step up efforts to combat and suppress all types of crime, ensuring security and order during the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2), with no unexpected incidents.
On this occasion, seven collectives and three individuals with outstanding achievements in crime prevention and control in the province were unexpectedly commended by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
