Goods transport volume estimated at VND5.5 tril

(ĐN)- According to Dong Nai Statistics Office, the province’s goods  transport revenue estimated to reach nearly VND5.5 trillion in the first quarter of this year, a year-on-year increase of 17.1%.

During the reviewed period, the province’s transport sector carried more than 24 million tonnes of goods, up 13.5%.

This growth was mainly driven by increased demand for transporting goods for production and consumption, along with accelerated progress of national key construction projects in the province, boosting the need for construction materials transport.

These factors significantly contributed to the sector’s revenue and output, helping freight transport and warehousing services maintain steady growth in the first months of the year.
