Dong Nai attracts 2.25 million tourists

(ĐN)- According to Dong Nai Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the province attracted over 2.25 million tourists in the last nine months of 2023.

Accordingly, domestic tourists accounted of over 733,000 arrivals while international tourists were reported at over 83,700 arrivals, up nearly 28 % over the same period in 2022. Revenue from tourism services reached over VND 1.36 trillion, up 42.5% over the same period in 2022.

So far, the province has had 39 travel agencies offering domestic and international tours. Local accommodation establishments, resorts and tourist spots are operating stably. Tourism promotion activities, regional cooperation and development, survey of tourism models as well as human resource training in the tourism industry were maintained regularly.
