Dong Nai welcomes about 165,000 visitors during Lunar New Year festival

(ĐN) - Dong Nai greeted around 165,000 tourist arrivals during the first five days of the Lunar New Year (Tet) festival which lasts from February 10-14, earning a total revenue of VND53 billion, down 45 percent year-on-year, according to the provincial Department of Sport, Culture and Tourism.

The most favorite destinations during the holiday included the Suoi Mo Tourist Park (some 20,000 visitors), and the Buu Long Tourist Area (around 20,000 visitors).

In the context of complicated developments of the COVID-19 pandemic, all disease prevention instructions and regulations have been strictly observed, aiming to ensure the safety of tourists. Visitors were requested to wear face masks, keep a safe distance, and wash hands and get their body temperature checked before participating in tourism activities.
