The national flag carrier, Vietnam Airlines, will add 3,000 flights (equivalent to 530,000 seats) on domestic routes to meet the increasing number of travellers during summer holidays.

The peak period is from now to mid-August.
The additional flights will increase the airlines’ total capacity to 4.5 million seats on domestic routes, up by six percent compared to the same period last year.
According to a representative of Vietnam Airlines, the flights will be added on two-way routes between Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang/Nha Trang/Phu Quoc.
Apart from increasing flights, the carrier has taken measures to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
Passengers are recommended to buy air tickets on the official website of Vietnam Airlines via official agencies or ticket booking offices of the airlines.
