(ĐN)- After nearly one year of construction, cable car system at national relic of Chua Chan Mountain in Xuan Loc district has been completed and will be put into use on January 24.
The VND300 billion cable car system, the first of its kinds in Dong Nai, which is invested by Toan Xuan Hung Company under European technology, has total length of 1.3 km including 28 cabins with an hourly capacity 1,800 to 2,400 people. The system will take visitors from the bottom of the mountain to Buu Quang pagoda.
The system which is one of the district’s major projects in 2015 will help contribute to the development of the national relic, creating more jobs for local people as well as ensuring the sustainable development and attracting more visitors to Chua Chan mountain.
Chua Chan Mountain is the second highest mountain of the South region at 800 meters above sea level. The granite mountain has one of the most beautiful pagodas in the province at a height of 600 meters and a strange tree.
