Seven top destinations in Ninh Thuan

1. Vinh Hy Bay is located in Vinh Hai commune, Ninh Hai district, 42 km from Phan Rang City. This is one of the most beautiful bays in Vietnam. Tourists should hire a glass bottom boat to see coral in the bay or visit a fish-cage farm to taste fresh seafood there. Other places near the bay are Lo O stream, the beaches of Ba Dien, Ca Tien, Coc, Hoi, Thung, Lon, and Da Vach cape.

2. Ninh Chu Beach is located in Binh Son hamlet, Van Hai commune, Phan Rang city. Besides swimming, enjoying seafood and snacks at the evening market, seeing sunrise or sunset are considered must-have experiences in Ninh Chu.

3. Ca Na Beach, about 3 km long, in Thuan Nam district, Ninh Thuan province, 32 km from Phan Rang City.

4. Poklong Garai Tower is located on Bac Ai road, Phan Rang city. This complex consists of the main tower, the gate tower, the side towers and brick walls which were built in late 13th century to worship King Po Klaong Garai (1151-1205).

The tower complex is intact and is now a pilgrimage site for the Cham people during the Kate festival in October every year. Tourists should visit this site before 8am or after 4pm because it is very hot during the day.

5. The pottery village of Bau Truc is located in Phuoc Dan town, Ninh Phuoc district, 10 km from Phan Rang City. This is the oldest pottery village in Southeast Asia.

6. My Nghiep textile village is also located in Phuoc Dan town, Ninh Phuoc district. With the tradition of teaching the textile craft for women only, this place clearly shows the matriarchy of the Cham people.

7. Thai An Vineyard is in Thai An hamlet of Vinh Hai commune, Ninh Hai district, 30 km from Phan Rang City, where tourists can learn how to grow, pick, and process grapes.
