The cable car system, which is invested under European technology, will have a total length of 1,227 meters including 28 cabins with an hourly capacity 1,800 to 2,400 people. The system will take visitors from the bottom of the mountain to Buu Quang pagoda. It is expected to be completed and put into use on the occasion of 2016 Lunar New Year.
The construction of the system will help contribute to the development of the national relic, creating more jobs for local people as well as ensuring the sustainable development and attracting more and more visitors to Chua Chan mountain.
