Across both urban and rural areas of Dong Nai, the image of young volunteers in blue shirts has become a familiar sight, symbolizing youthful energy, trust and a strong aspiration to contribute.

Guided by the spirit “Wherever needed, youth will be there; whatever is difficult, youth will take on,” Dong Nai’s young generation has continued the proud 95-year tradition of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union through practical, effective and creative projects and initiatives.

Notably, during Youth Month 2026, the Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union (DYU) has rolled out 12 key targets and youth-led projects across the province. The focus is placed on volunteer activities, digital transformation, startup support, child welfare and strengthening Youth Union organizations, while further promoting the pioneering, creative and volunteer role of young members.

Today, the blue-shirted force has also emerged as a pioneer in the digital era. Young people in Dong Nai are actively driving innovation movements, from enhancing the effectiveness of community digital technology groups to promoting digital literacy initiatives at the grassroots level.

Amid new opportunities, Dong Nai’s youth are increasingly confident in asserting their role through a spirit of bold thinking, decisive action and adaptability to modern knowledge. They are ready to accelerate digital and green transformation, contributing to the province’s sustainable development.
