At the event, the company’s leadership expressed deep gratitude to all workers and laborers for their significant contributions over the past year, while also reviewing the outstanding achievements the enterprise has attained during its 35 years of establishment and development in Dong Nai. The leadership affirmed its continued commitment to improving the working environment and ensuring stable employment and income for workers. In doing so, it called on the collective workforce to uphold a sense of responsibility, solidarity, and a sense of companionship with the enterprise to successfully implement the 2026 production and business plan.

The program took place in a vibrant atmosphere, featuring art performances by the workers themselves and an exchange session with a guest singer from Ho Chi Minh City, bringing joy and excitement to the entire workforce. In addition, many valuable gifts were awarded through a lucky draw, with the top prize reaching 30 million VND. This annual event demonstrates the company's care and responsibility toward its workers, helping them feel secure in their jobs and welcoming a warm, sufficient Tet.
