Many Tet care activities held for Trade Union members and workers

On February 6, many grassroots Trade Unions across Dong Nai Province simultaneously organized Spring celebrations and Lunar New Year (Tet) welcome programs, providing care and support for union members and workers on the occasion of the Year of the Horse 2026.

Dona Pacific Co., Ltd. in Song May Industrial Park (IP), Binh Minh commune, in coordination with its Trade Union, organized the Tet Reunion program. Attending the event were Standing Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation (PLF) Bui Thi Bich Thuy and more than 5,000 workers.

At the opening of the program, thousands of union members and workers enjoyed activities celebrating the Party’s founding anniversary and welcoming Spring, including lion and dragon dances, as well as art performances by teams that won high prizes at the DP Dance Contest. In addition, performances by company managers further contributed to a joyful and uplifting atmosphere for workers. Notably, the program attracted strong interest with a lucky draw offering 600 prizes. Moreover, the company and its Trade Union presented nearly 800 gift packages to workers in difficult circumstances, each valued at 1 million VND.

In recognition of the workers’ contributions throughout the past year, Tra Lam Thao, General Director of the company, expressed her sincere gratitude to officials, union members, and workers, while calling on employees to strengthen solidarity and make greater efforts to improve product quality, build a positive working environment, and contribute to the company’s sustainable development.

Speaking at the program, Standing Vice President of the PLF Bui Thi Bich Thuy extended her best wishes to all union members and workers for a warm, joyful, and loving Tet reunion with their families and loved ones. She expressed her hope that the workforce of Dona Pacific would continue to promote solidarity, strive to overcome difficulties, actively engage in labor and production emulation movements, and contribute to building Dong Nai into an increasingly developed, civilized, and modern province.

On the same evening, the Bien Hoa ward Trade Union organized the “Tet Reunion– Spring of gratitude to the Party” program for 2026. In addition to special art performances, the ward-level trade union held a gathering for families of disadvantaged workers and workers who were unable to return to their hometowns for Tet. On this occasion, the ward’s Trade Union presented 40 gift packages to families of union members and workers in difficult circumstances, each including 2 million VND in cash and gifts worth 300,000 VND. In addition, 154 gift packages were presented to union members and workers facing hardship or serious illnesses, each valued at 1 million VND.

At Jason Furniture Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Dong Xoai III IP, Binh Phuoc ward, the grassroots Trade Union presented nearly 6,000 Tet gift packages to all union members and workers currently employed at the company. This is an annual activity of the Trade Union aimed at caring for the spiritual and material well-being of union members and workers.
