In recent years, in addition to performing their professional duties, officers and soldiers of the Dong Nai Provincial Police have carried out many profound and practical social activities to foster the spirit of "comradeship" such as: supporting house construction, providing financial assistance to stabilize lives, and sponsoring and caring for children of officers in difficult circumstances.

These actions not only help alleviate immediate difficulties for comrades but also encourage the spirit of "mutual support and affection" - a core value in public service and the daily life of the People's Police.

Practical actions

In the context of performing professional duties and serving the people, in recent times, police forces at all levels in Dong Nai have carried out many activities to collectively support comrades facing difficulties, thereby demonstrating a spirit of affection, mutual support, and compassion. The activities of the police force have transformed from words into concrete actions, with numbers and images evidenced through specific deeds and actions.

In Xuan Phu commune, in mid-January 2026, after a period of mobilization and implementation, Xuan Phu Commune Police, in coordination with the local government and Dong Nai Water Supply Joint Stock Company Limited, organized the inauguration ceremony of a "comrade house" for the family of Thi Mai (residing in Binh Hoa hamlet, Xuan Phu commune), a member of the grassroots security and order force in difficult circumstances, with a total cost of 100 million VND. Having a spacious house thanks to the support of officers, soldiers, and benefactors has created additional spiritual motivation for Mai to work with peace of mind and continue contributing to maintaining security and order in the locality.

In the same spirit, recently, the leaders of the Internal Political Security Department of the Provincial Police directly surveyed and provided 70 million VND in financial support to build a "comrade house" for comrade Nguyen Thanh Long, a member of the grassroots security and order force in Bu Dang commune, Dong Nai province. Nguyen Thanh Long has a disadvantaged background and has lived in rented accommodation for many years. However, he has devoted nearly 15 years to serving as a member of the people's security team in residential areas of the former Bu Dang district. The collective effort of officers and soldiers from the Internal Political Security Department of the Provincial Police in helping his family build a new spacious house not only demonstrates the spirit of comradeship but also promptly encourages a member of the grassroots security and order team to work with peace of mind.

In addition to providing housing support for officers and soldiers from units of the Provincial Police, in recent times, officers and soldiers of various units have also carried out many activities to support people in difficult circumstances. Typically, at the end of December 2025, the Immigration Management Department, in coordination with businesses and local authorities, handed over a charity house to Vu Thi Cuc's household (a poor household in Loc Thanh commune, Dong Nai province).

Especially, during the historic flood of 2025 that caused damage to people in the Central provinces, the Women Union of Dong Nai Provincial Police also joined hands to support the construction of houses for some women affected by the floods. These activities not only help the people but also demonstrate the responsibility and affection of the police force towards their comrades and the community.

The comradely bonds within the Dong Nai Provincial Police have become an effective movement with profound educational value. The houses built, the support provided, the sponsorship commitments fulfilled - all stand as evidence of responsibility, sharing, and a sense of community within the police force.

Spreading human values and compassion

The recent acts of comradeship within the Provincial Police force in recent times are the result of directives and policies such as: implementing the Movement to Eliminate Temporary and Dilapidated Houses launched by the Government and the Ministry of Public Security; attaching the "Three Best" emulation movement to the "One Good Deed a Day for the People" model within the police force; and the concurrent implementation of public outreach programs, social responsibility initiatives, and campaigns to assist people in overcoming the aftermath of natural disasters.

According to the Provincial Police, housing and financial support for comrades and officers facing difficulties must be provided immediately when the need arises, helping officers feel secure in their work, reducing material burdens, and allowing them to focus on their professional duties. The funds and manpower contributed to these activities are mobilized from the collective contributions of officers, units, philanthropists, and local authorities. This also demonstrates that the spirit of comradeship extends beyond unit boundaries, becoming a shared societal value. Furthermore, these acts of assistance and care serve as effective tools for internal political education.
