DNNRTV presents Tet gifts to disadvantaged high-achieving students at Phu Nghia Secondary School

Amid the warm atmosphere of the days leading up to Lunar New Year (Tet) 2026, on February 11, Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television (DNNRTV), in coordination with Phu Nghia Secondary School in Phu Nghia commune, Dong Nai province, organized the program “Spring of Love – Tet Reunion,” presenting 74 Tet gift packages to the school’s students who come from disadvantaged backgrounds yet have made strenuous efforts to excel in their studies.

Each gift was valued at 500,000 VND in cash. This meaningful support reflected the care and compassion of the staff, civil servants, and employees of DNNRTV, along with sponsoring units including Southern Digital Television Company Limited, Audio Visual Global Joint Stock Company (Ho Chi Minh City), and various benefactors, with the shared hope of bringing the students a warmer and more fulfilling spring.

At the program, representatives of DNNRTV warmly inquired after the students’ well-being, offered encouragement, and commended their determination to overcome difficulties in pursuit of academic achievement.

Phu Nghia Secondary School currently has 466 students, of whom 42% are from ethnic minority groups, and many of them are facing difficult circumstances.

Speaking at the event, Le Van Thanh, Principal of Phu Nghia Secondary School, expressed his joy and sincere appreciation for the care and support shown by DNNRTV toward the students. He emphasized that the Tet gifts presented today not only hold material value but also serve as a meaningful source of spiritual encouragement for students facing difficult circumstances. This timely support, he noted, will motivate them to keep striving and making continued efforts in both their studies and personal development in the time ahead.
