On January 26th, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward, Nguyen Duy Tan, signed and issued Plan No. 37/KH-UBND on organizing the decoration of Nguyen Van Tri Flower Street to celebrate the Party and the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026.

With the theme: Spring of Unity - Tet as One Family, the Nguyen Van Tri Flower Street is scheduled to open at 7 PM on February 13th (26th day of the 12th lunar month) and last until 10 PM on February 22nd (6th day of Tet), stretching from the intersection of Hoang Minh Chau and Nguyen Van Tri to the new Hoa An Bridge, with a total length of over 600 meters.
The overall flower street is designed into 4 decorative spaces with 4 central models and 13 miniature scenes, including: a space celebrating the Year of the Horse 2026; a Kid Zone; a cultural identity space; a space of "Spring of Unity - A Joyful Tet", along with a cluster symbolizing success, expressing the aspiration for a prosperous and peaceful new year.

In addition to visiting and enjoying the flower street, locals and tourists can also take part in a variety of cultural, artistic, and sports activities; celebratory art programs; and exhibitions of books and newspapers for the Lunar New Year, all contributing to a joyful, wholesome, and civilized Tet atmosphere. The cost of building the flower street exceeds 6 billion VND, mobilized from social contributions.
To ensure safety and order during the flower street event, the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward has assigned specific responsibilities to each department and unit. The Ward Police are tasked with developing plans to ensure security, public order, and traffic safety throughout the duration of the flower street activities, including proposals for roadblocks and traffic redirection to accommodate visitors to the Tet flower street.
