At the conference, delegates heard a report reviewing the teenagers’ and children’s movements in 2025. According to the report, the center maintained and effectively organized more than 15 talent-based disciplines and seven specialized clubs and teams, attracting nearly 3,000 teenagers and children to participate in learning and activities.

During the year, the center advised and organized two “Military Training Semester” courses, with the participation of 234 little soldiers. It also coordinated with schools to hold five life skills training courses for more than 1,000 children at revolutionary sites and historical relics both within and outside the province. These activities have contributed to improving skills, discipline awareness, and a sense of responsibility among youth and children.

Social welfare efforts continued to be implemented effectively through various practical activities, including the presentation of 350 gift packages to disadvantaged teenagers and children; the construction of two “Children’s Playground” facilities in border communes; and the provision of 25 “Supporting Students to School” bicycles and 50 scholarships, with a total value of nearly 400 million VND.
