On the afternoon of December 13, a representative of the grassroots trade union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd., located in Tan Trieu ward, Dong Nai province, announced that for the 2026 Lunar New Year, the company plans to allocate approximately 600 billion VND in Tet bonuses for its workers. The bonus amount remains consistent with previous years, as it was jointly agreed upon by the Trade Union and the company and included in the collective labor agreement.

Specifically, employees who have completed one full year of service are eligible for a Tet bonus equivalent to one month’s salary, with an additional 5% added for each year of seniority. The maximum bonus is capped at 200%, comparable to two months’ salary. In addition to the Lunar New Year bonus, workers also receive bonuses for the Gregorian New Year, trade union Tet gifts, and invitations to year-end gatherings. They can participate in various activities designed to support their well-being during the year-end period.
Notably, the net income of workers this year has increased compared with last year, due to adjustments to the regional minimum wage and seniority-based pay rises for long-serving employees. Currently, the average monthly income of production workers is about 11 million VND, while long-serving workers earn between 18 million VND and 20 million VND per month. Rising orders, stable employment, and secure income have contributed to greater satisfaction and motivation among the company’s workforce.

The company's orders have been steadily increasing, and it is continuing to recruit additional workers. In 2025, the company hired an additional 6,000 employees, bringing its total workforce to 42,000. On average, around 400 new workers are recruited each month, with a monthly income ranging from 8.5 million VND to 9 million VND per person, excluding overtime pay.
