Speaking at the programme, Phan The Cong, Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union, said the 2025 Corporate Semester featured a range of practical activities. Students attended thematic sessions led by business owners, who shared their experience of running enterprises, starting up, and navigating the opportunities and challenges facing young people entering today’s corporate environment. The sessions also explored what it means to be a professional graduate in a modern workplace, leadership styles in team-based work in the era of Industry 4.0, as well as essential skills such as CV building and positioning oneself effectively in an increasingly competitive labour market.

Alongside the themed discussions, the organizers held the final round of the “Professional CV – Personal Branding” competition. The activity aimed to encourage students to take initiative and demonstrate seriousness in building their CVs, presenting their academic journey, personal development, extracurricular involvement, and career orientation clearly and professionally. Participants also received direct feedback from business representatives to help them further refine their CVs.

In the two days leading up to the main event (December 12 and 13), students in the Corporate Semester program took part in site visits and experiential activities at enterprises in Dong Nai and Ho Chi Minh City. These visits provided opportunities to observe production and business operations first-hand, while gaining insights into corporate culture, workplace professionalism, and the sense of responsibility demonstrated by employees and workers.
