In addition to providing aid, the officers and personnel actively participated in rescue operations, assisting residents struggling in the swift floodwaters. They coordinated with local police to evacuate the elderly, the sick, women, and children to safety. Many families were rescued from dangerous areas during the night, as floodwaters rose and heavy rain continued.
