Standing Deputy Secretary of the PPC Ton Ngoc Hanh emphasized that in the current context where the education sector is implementing comprehensive reforms in line with Resolution 71 of the Politburo, schools are required to take on an even greater role. Education today must not only impart knowledge but also focus on developing competence, character and high-quality human resources. As the province’s specialized high school, Quang Trung High School for the Gifted needs to continue playing a pioneering role by promoting stronger reforms in governance, teaching methods, technological applications, and the building of a humanistic and modern educational environment. Above all, the school must focus on its most crucial mission - discovering, nurturing and empowering talented students who will become the province’s future elite workforce.

To meet future development requirements, Standing Deputy Secretary of the PPC Ton Ngoc Hanh requested the school to continue building a disciplined and creative educational environment in which each teacher serves as a model of ethics, self-learning and innovation; each parent accompanies the school with a sense of responsibility; and each student demonstrates both good behavior and creativity. She also urged the school to accelerate digital transformation in management and teaching, making technology a foundation for educational reform. At the same time, the school should prioritize both theory and practice in developing a “smart school – happy school” where quality, kindness and the holistic development of students remain at the core.
Furthermore, she stressed the need to gradually make English the school’s second language, thereby enhancing students’ foreign language competency, competitiveness and ability to integrate internationally. Strengthening international cooperation and exchange programs will help students access advanced global educational standards early on. The school should continue to promote scientific research and innovation, fostering exploratory thinking, open-mindedness and problem-solving skills. It must also maintain its pivotal role in training gifted students and providing high-quality human resources for both the province and the nation.
