On the afternoon of November 23, upon learning that the public security  were coordinating donations for residents affected by floods, 78-year-old Nguyen Thi Le from Tan Trieu ward personally delivered 5 million VND. Despite her age and frailty, she asked her daughter to accompany her to ensure the donation reached the authorities to support flood-affected residents. Nguyen Thi Le said the amount was modest but reflected the heartfelt spirit of a former member of the military.
