In 2025, the demand for high-quality labor is expected to continue growing sharply. Companies are focusing on recruiting positions related to administrative, digital transformation, smart manufacturing, and e-commerce. However, traditional labor sectors still maintain high demand.
Representing a company operating in Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park at the job transaction session, Phan Cong Vinh Phu of Far Eastern New Apparel (Vietnam) Ltd., said: The company currently has a high demand for general labor, especially garment workers. It is offering salary and bonus policies, along with paid initial vocational training for workers without prior experience. Additionally, the company is recruiting office staff with highly competitive salaries.

In addition to connecting employers with job seekers, the job transaction session also featured a career counselling and vocational training information area for young people, job changers, and the unemployed. It provided an opportunity for workers to access accurate information and align their careers with emerging trends.
Tran Dai Ky, Deputy Director of the Dong Nai Provincial Employment Service Center, reported that Dong Nai is rapidly developing industrial clusters and parks, and labor demand is expected to rise steadily. In particular, demand is expected to surge in the final months of 2025, as companies handle more orders, expand production, or establish new businesses. An estimated 30,000 workers will be needed, and the Employment Service Center will continue supporting businesses in recruiting the workforce required to meet growing production and operational demands.
The 2025 job transaction session not only served as a bridge between workers and employers but also contributed to promoting the sustainable development of the labor market, meeting the demands of economic transformation in the coming period.
