On November 15, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations jointly held the closing and award ceremony for the 21st National Innovation Contest for Youth and Children 2025.

According to the Organizing Committee, after 21 editions, the competition has truly become a scientific playground, igniting a passion for creativity among pupils and students. This year, the Organizing Committee received 847 entries from 34 provinces and cities nationwide. Based on the evaluation results from the Jury Council, the Steering Committee and the Competition Organizing Committee convened and selected 105 award-winning projects, including 5 first prizes, 10 second prizes, 30 third prizes, and 60 consolation prizes.
Among them, Dong Nai had 4 projects that won consolation prizes, including: An exercise-based recreational driving game that helps reduce electronic gaming, by the group of authors Bach Ngoc Diem Quynh and Nguyen Bui Duy Quang (students of Gia Kiem Secondary school, Gia Kiem commune); School E-Magazine 4.0 integrated with an improved stilt-house model powered by renewable energy, by author Pham Nguyen Hoai An (Tran Hung Dao Primary and Secondary School, Dau Giay commune); “Math 10” – a website supporting mathematics revision in preparation for Grade 10 entrance exams, by author Le Kim Long (Ho Thi Huong Secondary school, Long Khanh ward); An automated black soldier fly larva farming system, by authors Tran Ho Loi Phu and Le Anh Khoa (students of Tran Phu Secondary school, Binh Loc ward).

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee presented certificates of merit to 15 organizations and 15 individuals for their outstanding achievements in promoting, disseminating, and organizing the competition across provinces and cities.
Specifically, Dong Nai province was recognized with certificates of merit for both the Dong Nai Union of Science and Technology Associations and Tran Van Hoa, a specialist of the Professional Affairs Division under the Dong Nai Union of Science and Technology Associations.
