In recent days, due to the impact of storms and heavy rains, Dak Lak Province has suffered significant losses in both human life and property. For many residents, especially those in remote and isolated areas, life has become incredibly challenging. The people of Dong Nai have continued to closely follow the situation and share in the losses and hardships endured by the Party, authorities, and people of Dak Lak.

In his remarks assigning duties, Chairman Nguyen Van Ut acknowledged and praised the readiness and dedication of all members of the delegation. He emphasized that each member traveling to Dak Lak represents not only their sector or unit but also acts as an ambassador of solidarity and compassion on behalf of the Party, government, and people of Dong Nai.

The mission will take place amid challenging weather and road conditions, with a heavy workload and high requirements for professional expertise and safety. Therefore, Chairman Nguyen Van Ut tasked the Department of Health, as the lead agency, with coordinating all activities of the delegation in a scientific and disciplined manner; ensuring safety in transportation, accommodation, and living conditions; and developing appropriate plans for medical examinations, medicine distribution, and health consultations tailored to local conditions to ensure practical and effective implementation.

Hospitals, Dong Nai Medical College, the Provincial Center for Disease Control, and healthcare personnel must strictly adhere to professional procedures and demonstrate the highest sense of responsibility, focusing on providing care, examinations, medicine distribution, and health consultations to residents. All members must uphold solidarity, support one another, and maintain discipline throughout the mission.

Provincial leaders also called on the Youth Union, Red Cross, and volunteer forces to be proactive, creative, and flexible in organizing support activities for residents, visiting and encouraging households suffering severe losses; helping arrange temporary shelters and conduct environmental sanitation; distributing relief goods and essential items; and organizing activities to support children and vulnerable groups so they may feel the warmth and solidarity from Dong Nai.

Chairman Nguyen Van Ut expressed hope that, in addition to providing medical care and material support, the delegation members would also convey to the people of Dak Lak a message of confidence and optimism. He also expressed his belief that the entire nation, including Dong Nai, stands with them, ready to share in their hardships, overcome challenges together, stabilize their lives, and restore production.

After the deployment ceremony, provincial leaders encouraged and saw off the delegation as it departed.
