To implement the campaign, the department advised the Provincial People's Committee to establish a Provincial Steering Board and Task Force. At the same time, communication efforts were intensified through newspapers, electronic information channels, training sessions, and direct outreach in 95 communes and wards. In parallel, a movement to clean up the land database was launched, encouraging residents to submit documents and cooperate in the data collection process.

As of November 27, the province has recorded over 2.7 million land plots, including more than 2.6 million plots currently managed and used by households, individuals, and organizations. The remaining 98 thousand plots are classified as linear land, transportation land, rivers, and streams.

Through the land database cleanup campaign, 93% of residential land plots and houses have been cleaned and synchronized; more than 90% of land plots designated for other uses have also been processed. The goal is to synchronize 100% of residential land plots and houses with the national database by November 30, 2025.

In comparison with the national population database, more than 2.5 million out of 3 million land user information entries are fully matched, reaching nearly 83%; 11.5% are partially matched but require information adjustment, while almost 6% remain unmatched.

Regarding the creation of land plot identification codes, the department has developed tools and methodologies that have successfully generated identification codes for 100% of residential land plots and houses. At the same time, all land plots in 95 communes and wards have been coded and successfully synchronized with the national database.

The "Land Database Cleanup" campaign not only enhances data quality and transparency of land information but also lays an essential foundation for land management, transactions, and land use planning in Dong Nai.
