In addition, the branches of the Land Fund Development Center in Chon Thanh, Dong Xoai, Dong Phu, and Bu Dang coordinated with the People's Committees of the communes and wards along the project route to encourage households to hand over the project site ahead of schedule, covering a land area of nearly 288 hectares.

The Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh Expressway project, which spans Dong Nai Province, has a total length of over 100 kilometers. To implement the project, authorities must reclaim nearly 941 hectares of land, involving approximately 4,300 land plots. The Provincial People's Committee has assigned the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and its branches to coordinate with the communes and wards along the project route to carry out land reclamation, compensation, site clearance, and resettlement.

Specifically, the Bu Dang Branch is responsible for the section passing through the communes of Bu Dang, Phuoc Son, Tho Son, and Nghia Trung, the Dong Phu Branch for the section through Dong Tam and Tan Loi communes, the Dong Xoai Branch for the section through the wards of Binh Phuoc and Dong Xoai, and the Chon Thanh Branch for the section through Nha Bich commune and Chon Thanh ward.

According to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the center’s branches have so far issued land reclamation notices for 3,817 land plots. There are still 29 plots yet to receive reclamation notices, including 16 under the jurisdiction of the Dong Phu Branch and 13 under the Chon Thanh Branch.

Meanwhile, in the work of counting and inventorying houses and other assets attached to land, the Dong Phu and Chon Thanh branches have completed 100% of the land plots. The Bu Dang Branch has completed nearly 97%, while the Dong Xoai branch has reached over 99%.

On October 8, the Provincial People's Committee launched the 90-day-and-night plan to carry out land acquisition, compensation, support, and resettlement for the Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh Expressway project. Accordingly, the committee aims to complete compensation, together with site clearance, and hand over the site to the investor by December 2025, thereby enabling the commencement of construction and ensuring the disbursement of the allocated public investment capital.
