More than VND 5 billion raised to support people in overcoming the consequences of storm No. 10

Responding to the appeal of the Presidium of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee and the VFF Committee of Dong Nai Province, and promoting the tradition of “mutual affection and assistance”, in recent days, various agencies, units, and localities across Dong Nai province have launched donation drives to help people in storm-hit areas recover from the aftermath of storm No.10.

According to the Dong Nai VFF Committee, from October 3 to 4:00 p.m. on October 10, 2025, a total of 2,915 donations were made in support of residents in provinces and cities affected by storm No. 10, with a total amount of VND 5,067,526,616 collected.

Contributors included officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers from agencies under the Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and VFF Committee; departments, branches, communes, wards, and local units; as well as businesses, schools, organizations, and individuals across the province.

The valuable contributions of organizations and individuals in the province are an essential and meaningful source of support, joining efforts with the rest of the country to help residents in affected provinces and cities overcome the aftermath of natural disasters. At the same time, they help spread the spirit of national solidarity, strengthening the bonds among the Vietnamese people in all circumstances.

Earlier, the Dong Nai VFF Committee issued an appeal calling on all citizens to donate in support of residents in provinces and cities affected by Storm No. 10, to help them quickly resume production and stabilize their lives.
