Based on on-site inspections and a review of safety records for the two projects, the delegation noted that the construction units had installed fencing, lighting, maintenance hole covers, and warning signs. Workers were fully provided with accident insurance and personal protective equipment.
However, to ensure labor safety during construction, the delegation requested contractors to regularly remind workers to fully equip themselves with personal protective equipment and pay attention to occupational safety and hygiene training. For deep construction areas, additional warnings, signs and construction regulations should be provided.

During the inspection, Mai Xuan Tuan, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Dong Nai province, emphasized that in recent times, many labor accidents have occurred at construction sites, mainly due to contractors and workers failing to comply with labor safety regulations. Therefore, contractors and investors must place top priority on ensuring labor safety during construction.

Preventing and combating occupational accidents from the very start of construction is essential to help workers raise their awareness and sense of responsibility throughout the working process. In the immediate term, companies must fully submit the documents requested by the inspection team and promptly address the shortcomings already identified.
