The appeal follows a series of four typhoons that made landfall in quick succession throughout September, resulting in severe loss of life and property, and having a deeply affecting impact on local communities. Responding to the call for support from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province, Bui Anh Khoa, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Xoai ward, read an open letter urging all officials, Party members, civil servants, public employees, armed forces personnel, and members of political and social organizations in the ward to contribute actively, with solidarity, compassion, and a sense of community responsibility.
At the launch event alone, a total of 31.694 million VND was collected in direct contributions. All funds will be transferred to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province to provide timely support for disaster-affected communities in overcoming the aftermath and stabilizing their lives.
