Dong Nai’s localities simultaneously kick off Lifelong Learning Response Week

On October 6, localities across Dong Nai province simultaneously organized the opening of the 2025 Lifelong Learning Response Week.

The 2025 Lifelong Learning Response Week takes place from October 6 to 12 under the theme: "Learning to develop oneself, master knowledge and technology, contributing to building a strong and prosperous country." The launching ceremony drew a large crowd of officials, teachers, students, and parents from the area, creating a vibrant atmosphere and strongly promoting the spirit of lifelong learning.

As part of the week’s activities, a variety of rich and meaningful initiatives were carried out, including: promoting and spreading the message of lifelong learning to people of all walks of life; introducing and guiding the use of online learning platforms to help students and parents access modern knowledge; and launching a reading movement to spark passion and nurture the habit of self-study and self-improvement within the community.

The launching ceremony also introduced several emulation movements, such as building "Happy schools, active students," and promoting public participation in models like "Learning families," "Learning citizens," and "Learning communities."

*On the morning of October 6, at Nguyen Huu Canh Secondary School, the Bau Ham Commune People's Committee organized the opening of the 2025 Lifelong Learning Response Week with the theme "Learning to develop oneself, master knowledge and technology, contributing to building a strong and prosperous country."

At the opening ceremony, agencies and units signed a coordination program to implement the movement "The whole country emulates building a learning society, promoting lifelong learning for the period 2023-2030."

The week takes place from October 6 to 12, featuring a range of practical activities, including communication campaigns, digital skills training, guidance on using online learning resources, launching digital library and digital bookshelf initiatives, and organizing experiential activities, all aimed at promoting the spirit of lifelong learning within the community.

* Also, on October 6, at Xuan Thanh Primary School, Dau Giay Commune People's Committee organized the opening of the 2025 Lifelong Learning Response Week.

Nguyen Le Truong Son, Vice Chairman of the Dau Giay Commune People's Committee, stated: This week aims to help agencies, units, and educational institutions enhance their capacity to provide education, promote personal development, and master knowledge and technology for individual growth. The organization of the week serves as a form of public outreach to raise awareness among all segments of the population about lifelong learning and the building of a learning society. It also offers an opportunity for agencies, units, organizations, and individuals to share research on lifelong learning and the development of a learning society.

At the ceremony, the Dau Giay Commune People's Committee launched the movement "The whole country emulates building a learning society and promoting lifelong learning for the 2025–2030 period" within the commune. That same morning, all educational levels in the commune simultaneously organized activities in response to the 2025 Lifelong Learning Week.
