According to compiled data, businesses across the province are seeking to recruit more than 190,000 workers, including over 136,000 unskilled laborers in sectors such as electronics, textiles and garments, and wood manufacturing. Enterprises with high recruitment demand are primarily concentrated in wards such as Dong Xoai, Minh Hung, and Chon Thanh, as well as in communes across Bien Hoa, Trang Bom, Long Thanh, and Nhon Trach.

Companies with high labor demand include: Changshin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Tan Trieu ward), which is seeking over 1,000 unskilled workers in the footwear industry; Jason Furniture Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Dong Xoai III Industrial Park (IP), Binh Phuoc ward), specializing in the production of export sofas, recruiting hundreds of sewing and assembly workers; and Topband Smart Dong Nai Co., Ltd. (Long Thanh commune), which plans to hire 500 employees in the electronics sector. These companies are offering attractive benefits to attract workers, including productivity bonuses, attendance bonuses, shuttle bus services, housing support, and the full implementation of social welfare policies.

According to the Provincial Labor Federation, although recruitment demand has increased sharply, the local labor supply still falls short, especially for unskilled workers.

Currently, many businesses are struggling to recruit workers, significantly affecting their production and business plans, particularly for end-of-year orders. To support businesses in connecting with potential employees, the Provincial Labor Federation has been posting job openings from enterprises on trade union Facebook pages to help workers stay informed about available opportunities.

However, in addition to enhancing benefits, businesses are advised to create a friendly, cohesive, and stable working environment to ensure long-term employment and attract more workers.
