The event welcomed around 440 participants who came to look for job opportunities and learn about job-related information - both in-person and via the center’s online platforms. It is expected that 180 workers will be recruited.
The sectors with high recruitment demand include garment manufacturing, footwear, electronics, essential goods production, communication equipment manufacturing, financial services, transportation, and services. To attract workers, enterprises offer good benefits such as shuttle buses, attractive salaries, housing and fuel allowances...
According to the Dong Nai Employment Service Center, a common issue in the current labor market is the lack of alignment between the skills, experience, and desire of the workers and the recruitment requirements and benefits offered by enterprises.
As a result, despite ongoing unemployment, many job vacancies remain unfilled due to mismatches in age, skills, or desired work location, leading to ineffective counseling and connection between workers and enterprises.
From now until the end of the year, the center will continue to innovate its job counseling and introduction, as well as strengthen coordination with 95 communes and wards to meet the labor demand of enterprises for fulfilling year-end orders.
