Dong Nai and Tay Ninh Departments of Science and Technology exchange experiences on public service implementation

On October 21, a delegation from the Department of Science and Technology of Tay Ninh province, led by Deputy Director Bui Nguyen Khoi, visited the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai province to exchange experiences on the implementation of online public services. Receiving and working with the delegation was Vo Hoang Khai, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai province.

At the meeting, the two units exchanged and discussed solutions to continue improving the quality of public services for people and businesses. In particular, both sides paid special attention to solutions to improve scores for criteria according to Decision No. 766/QD-TTg dated June 23, 2022, of the Government on the set of indicators for directing, operating, and evaluating the quality of services for people and businesses in implementing administrative procedures and public services in real-time in the electronic environment.

Leaders of the Departments of Science and Technology from the two provinces shared experiences and outcomes in advancing online public services, digitizing administrative procedures, and delivering digital public services. They also discussed matters related to reviewing and restructuring administrative procedure workflows, standardizing forms and declarations, and establishing interactive electronic forms (e-forms) in the implementation of administrative procedures.
