On October 21, the inter-sectoral inspection team of the province, led by Mai Xuan Tuan, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Dong Nai province, inspected occupational safety and hygiene and fire prevention and fighting at Vinh Hai Construction and Material Production Co., Ltd. Vinh Hai Construction and Material Production Co., Ltd. (specializing in stone quarrying) currently employs 108 workers. At the time of inspection, the company was operating nine types of machinery and equipment subject to strict occupational safety requirements, all of which had been inspected and were in good working condition. The company developed and implemented annual occupational safety and hygiene plans, conducted safety training, and provided personal protective equipment to all employees. Additionally, it established regulations and operating procedures for each type of machinery and equipment, with a focus on safety measures, and conducted environmental monitoring and workplace inspections to ensure compliance.

At the working session, the inspection team noted that the enterprise performed well in occupational safety training and equipment inspection. At the site, there were full fences and warning signs in place.

The team reminded the enterprise to continue complying with occupational safety regulations and to report machinery and equipment subject to strict safety requirements to the relevant authorities. Regarding health examinations, the company is required to conduct occupational disease screenings and periodic health check-ups for its workers.

The team also requested the company to establish an occupational safety inspection team, conduct regular on-site inspections, and remind workers to fully equip themselves with personal protective gear to ensure safety during work.
