In recent years, state management of urban order, land, and construction order in Trang Dai Ward has received close and decisive leadership and direction from the Party Committee and authorities; many commendable efforts have been made in implementing tasks, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.
However, in reality, state management in the aforementioned areas still has many shortcomings, inadequacies, and limitations, and the situation of construction order in the area remains complicated.
The conference was organized to comprehensively evaluate issues, propose plans and solutions to promptly overcome existing problems, difficulties, and limitations. At the same time, specific tasks and responsibilities were assigned to relevant organizations and individuals with the determination to rectify and restore urban, land management, and construction order.
The conference witnessed a signing ceremony on the coordination regulation in implementing state management of urban order between 4 core forces, including: the ward Police; Division of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs; Executive Board and Security and Order Protection Teams of 14 neighborhoods in Trang Dai Ward.
Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Trang Dai Ward People's Council Phan Quang Tuan emphasized: One of the key breakthrough tasks in the short term to realize the resolution of the Trang Dai Ward Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term is "Strengthening resolute leadership and direction to rectify and improve the effectiveness of construction and urban management in the locality."
To implement this task, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee has issued a directive and directed the political system to proactively develop institutions and implement propaganda plans, effectively patrol and control, and strictly handle violations of construction and urban order.
In particular, the signing of the coordination regulation is not a tool to bind organizations and individuals in performing their tasks, but a legal framework that makes the responsibilities of relevant parties specific and public, limiting the shifting of responsibility to each other. At the same time, the regulation also facilitates coordination between units and allows ward leaders to easily direct and evaluate work efficiency in the coming time.
