This inspection was carried out according to Plan No. 1505/KH-TTCP dated July 22, 2025, of the Government Inspectorate on specialized inspection of the aforementioned works and projects.
At the conference, representatives of the inspection teams announced the findings of four specialized inspection conclusions on various works and projects. The conclusions clearly identified the causes behind delays, prolonged backlogs, low efficiency, and risks of loss and waste in several projects across the province. They also proposed specific corrective measures and called on relevant agencies and units to implement them seriously to ensure accountability, transparency, and deterrence.
To ensure the serious and effective implementation of the inspection conclusions, Provincial Chief Inspector Vo Thi Xuan Dao requested that project owners of the inspected works and projects strictly follow the recommendations outlined in the conclusions; develop clear roadmaps, timelines, and deadlines for each item; and fully report the results to the Provincial Inspectorate in a complete and timely manner.
The head of the relevant agency or unit bears direct responsibility for overseeing the rectification of shortcomings and thoroughly resolving existing issues. In cases of delay, evasion of responsibility, or the emergence of additional violations, they will be held accountable before the law.

For competent state management agencies, it is essential to take decisive action in addressing violations and shortcomings. At the same time, they must proactively review and recommend amendments and supplements to regulations and procedures related to investment management, construction, land, site clearance, bidding, and other areas, in order to promptly address existing limitations and prevent recurrence.
To implement these conclusions, the Provincial Inspectorate is responsible for strengthening monitoring, urging, and inspecting the implementation; if any agency, unit, or project owner is found to be slow or not serious, it will propose to the Provincial People's Committee and competent authorities to consider and handle the responsibilities of relevant collectives and individuals in accordance with legal regulations.
The announcement and implementation of these specialized inspection conclusions are an important basis for rectifying and improving the efficiency of public investment resource management and utilization, promptly overcoming existing shortcomings and limitations, contributing to accelerating the progress of works and projects in Dong Nai province.
Earlier, in early August 2025, the Provincial Inspectorate announced inspection decisions for 74 works and projects across the province that continued to face difficulties, obstacles, slow progress, and potential risks of loss and waste. These included projects such as Binh Da Residential Area, Nui Dong Dai Residential Area (Phuoc Tan Ward), Amata Long Thanh 2 Urban Service Area, Amata Long Thanh City, Planned Residential Area in Phuoc Thien Commune, and Residential Area in Dai Phuoc Commune, among others.
