Professional training held at the People's Procuracy of Dong Nai province

On September 25, the People's Procuracy of Dong Nai province coordinated with Vietnam Procuratorate University branch in Ho Chi Minh city to organize professional training on clerical work, archival, and reception work; information technology; and digital transformation for officials and civil servants under the two-level People's Procuracy in Dong Nai province.

The opening ceremony was attended by Dr. Nguyen Quoc Han, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chief Procurator of the People's Procuracy of Dong Nai province; and Dr. Le Van Hao, Vice Rector of the University of Procuracy.

Speaking at the training session, Dr. Nguyen Quoc Han emphasized that, given the increasing demands in management, administration, and judicial administrative reform, as well as the necessity to apply AI technology to support practical work, it is essential for staff responsible for this field to regularly update their knowledge and standardize professional skills.

The leaders of the provincial People's Procuracy of Dong Nai province hoped that trainees would participate in the course seriously, actively absorb knowledge, and confidently exchange with instructors any difficulties or obstacles encountered during task execution. The results of the course will serve as an important foundation to gradually improve the quality and efficiency of administrative and general affairs work, contributing to building the Dong Nai provincial procuracy into a more standardized and modern sector.

During the two-day training on September 25 and 26, trainees were equipped with knowledge on: guidance on formats and techniques for drafting state administrative documents and Party documents; office reception skills; use of paperless meeting software; document management and workflow administration software of the Supreme People’s Procuracy; use of the Procuracy’s virtual assistant software and AI application in work; guidance on ensuring network safety and security, among others…
