Occupational safety and hygiene inspections to be carried out at enterprises and construction sites

The People's Committee of Dong Nai province has issued Decision No. 1330/QD-UBND dated September 17, 2025, on the establishment of an inter-agency inspection team to assess compliance with legal regulations on occupational safety, hygiene, and fire and explosion prevention in 2025 at enterprises and construction sites throughout the province.

The inter-agency inspection team comprises representatives from the following units: the Department of Home Affairs (Head of the Team), the Department of Construction, the Department of Industry and Trade, the Department of Health, the provincial Police, and the provincial Confederation of Labor. Its mandate is to provide guidance, recommend corrective measures for enterprises for any shortcomings found in their implementation (if any).

Through supervision, the team will compile feedback, recommendations, and difficulties faced by units during implementation. At the same time, it will handle violations within its jurisdiction or refer them to competent authorities for handle. The team will also advise and propose measures for handling violations beyond the authority of the Head of the Inspection Team. A consolidated inspection report will be submitted to the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee as required. During the inspection process, the Head of the Team is authorized to use the official seal of the Department of Home Affairs when carrying out assigned duties.

For inspected units, enterprises subject to inspection are required to submit written reports in line with the inspection framework, provide all requested records and documents, arrange working facilities and personnel for the inspection, including the General Director, Director, or a legally authorized representative of the enterprise, along with staff from the administration, human resources, and accounting departments. They are also required to strictly comply with any recommendations or decisions issued by the inspection team (if any).

According to the plan, inspections will be conducted at 20 enterprises and construction projects from September 30 to October 28, 2025.
