Inauguration, groundbreaking ceremonies to be held for 8 projects celebrating the first Dong Nai provincial Party Congress

On September 23, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai People’s Committee Ho Van Ha said that the Provincial People’s Committee had just issued a plan to organize groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for projects celebrating the first Dong Nai provincial Party Congress, tenure 2025-2030, leading up to the 14th National Party Congress.

Accordingly, groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for eight projects will take place across Dong Nai on September 27. Among them are seven social housing projects, including: social housing areas ChC1 and ChC2 in Phuoc Tan ward; social housing in Tam Hiep ward; a social housing apartment complex on a 2.1ha plot in Phuoc An commune; a social housing apartment complex on a 3.7ha plot in Phuoc An commune; social housing on a 3.5ha plot in Trang Bom commune; social housing on a 2.85ha plot in Ho Nai ward; and a social housing project in Tan Trieu ward. In addition, the Inter-port Road Construction project (phase 1) will also break ground that day.

The simultaneous organization of groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies aim to celebrate the first Dong Nai provincial Party Congress, tenure 2025-2030, in the lead-up to the 14th National Party Congress.

The large-scale projects set for implementation also mark a significant step forward in infrastructure development and in improving the quality of life for residents in the province. The event also contributes to promoting and spreading the achievements of Dong Nai’s socio-economic development in particular and that of the country in general.

The provincial People’s Committee leadership requested that investors and contractors of the projects urgently complete the required legal procedures, ensuring sufficient conditions for the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies. Technical and material preparations must be carried out carefully to organize the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies in person, ensuring the program will be conducted solemnly, effectively, with quality, and in a cost-saving manner.
