According to initial reports, at 9:50 a.m. on September 23, during a patrol at Km99+400 (in An Loc ward), the team of Road Traffic Police Team No. 3 encountered a panicked woman holding her young child and crying by the roadside.
Upon arrival, traffic police learned that the child, P.Q.T., 1 year old (a resident of An Loc Ward), was in critical condition, struggling to breathe, with a bluish complexion, and was being rushed to the emergency room by his mother on a motorbike.
Given the emergency, the traffic police asked the mother to place the child in their specialized patrol vehicle to expedite transport to the emergency room. During the journey, the child repeatedly lost consciousness and struggled to breathe.

The team promptly brought the boy to the nearby Khai Nguyen General Clinic for emergency treatment. After more than an hour of care, he was out of critical condition, and his health was reported as temporarily stable.
