Yesterday, communal officials contacted her to inform her about the method of receiving cash gift directly by each household.

Hien shared: "I am very happy to receive gifts from the Party and State on the occasion of National Day on September 2. Perhaps everyone will use the cash gift of 100,000 VND/person for daily expense, but I will save it as a meaningful souvenir.
