On August 28, at Bien Hung Park, Tran Bien Ward People’s Committee organized an art program to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2), while also presenting “Nurturing dreams – supporting children to school” scholarships to local students.

With the theme Vietnam’s Homeland, the program featured nine singing and dancing performances in praise of the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, the country, and the people of Dong Nai. On this occasion, Tran Bien Ward Fatherland Front Committee presented 100 scholarships and rice support to children as they begin the 2025-2026 school year.
The organizers also awarded prizes for the painting contest Childhood colors – Proud of 80 years of National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and announced the decision to establish new local cultural and sports clubs. In parallel, from August 28 to September 2, at the Tran Bien ward Book Space, a book and historical photo exhibition is being held, showcasing valuable documents on the journey of struggle for independence and national achievements of renewal, for the public to visit and enjoy.
