From the utility poles once covered with messy, unsightly junk advertisements, through the skillful hands of the Youth Union members of Trang Dai Ward and the Youth Union of Dong Nai University of Technology, the utility poles along Bui Trong Nghia street (sections through Quarter 3 and Quarter 3A, Trang Dai Ward) have been given a fresh look.
According to Tran Thi Tham, Secretary of the Trang Dai Ward Youth Union, as part of this year’s Summer Volunteer Youth Campaign, and and in celebration of the 1st Congress of the Trang Dai Ward Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, the Youth Union of Trang Dai Ward joined forces with the Youth Union of Dong Nai University of Technology to carry out the “Blooming Utility Poles” youth project.

The project took place from July 30 to August 5, involving the removal of illegal ads, cleaning, painting pole bases, and adding colorful designs. In addition to drawing flowers and leaves, Youth Union members painted sea creatures to spread environmental protection messages, reflecting their sense of responsibility for the urban space they live in.
