Accordingly, each household received one breeding cow that had been fully vaccinated and quarantined. Earlier, households in the project area of Regiment 719 had been instructed on how to build livestock pens, implement waste treatment measures, and apply techniques for cultivating, processing, and storing cattle feed.

This activity is part of the 2024 National Target Program, reflecting the profound concern of the Party, State, Army, and Corps for ethnic minorities in difficult circumstances. It aims to create sustainable livelihoods, support economic development, and help people rise out of poverty in a lasting and stable manner.

This handover of breeding cattle not only provides material support but also conveys trust and strengthens military-civilian solidarity, contributing to the successful implementation of local socio-economic development goals and further enhancing the noble image of Uncle Ho's Soldiers in the hearts of the people.
