Many businesses in Dong Nai give bonuses to workers on the occasion of September 2

At Dong Phu Cuong joint stock company (Thong Nhat commune), the company’s leadership decided to allocate more than VND 460 million as holiday bonuses for over 2,300 workers. Each worker received VND 200,000 in cash. This activity demonstrates the company’s appreciation and care for the entire staff and workforce.

On this occasion, the entire workforce of Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company wore red shirts while displaying the national flag at their worksite, expressing their national pride and enthusiasm in celebrating the country’s major holiday.

At Vietnam Caesar Sanitary Ware joint stock company (Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park, Nhon Trach commune), in addition to hosting a warm Trade Union Meal for more than 1,000 workers, the company’s leadership gave each worker VND 200,000 in cash. Meanwhile, the grassroots trade union presented each worker with a gift valued at more than VND 400,000.

As part of efforts to support workers, the grassroots trade union of New Apparel Far Eastern Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park, Dong Phu commune) distributed cash gifts worth 150,000 VND per employee.

In several enterprises with large workforces across the province, holiday bonuses ranged from VND 150,000 to 200,000 per worker. Other companies gave gifts and organized sports activities such as cross-country runs, volleyball, and football matches, creating opportunities for social interaction and a joyful atmosphere among workers.

Nguyen Thi Hoa, Chairwoman of the grassroots trade union of Quadrille Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Amata Industrial Park, Long Binh ward), said: For this year’s September 2 holiday, in order to give workers time to rest and restore their energy, the company decided to grant a five-day break, from August 30 to September 3.
