Over three days (August 8, 9, and 10), the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Vietnam Young Informatics Association jointly organized the final round of the 31st National Young Informatics Contest in 2025 in Hue Citys.

In this National Young Informatics Contest, Dong Nai sent 8 participating contestants. Among them, contestant Nguyen Gia Vinh, Grade 5/3, Quang Vinh Primary School (Tran Bien ward), competes in Group A – programming for primary school level. Two contestants, Phung Ngoc Nguyen Duc and Bui Viet Thanh, both in Grade 12 specializing in Informatics at Luong The Vinh High School for the Gifted (Tam Hiep ward), compete in Group C1 – programming for specialized high school level. Contestant Pham Hai Dang, Grade 11A2, Luong The Vinh High School for the Gifted (Tam Hiep ward), competes in Group D3 – creative products for high school level.
Two contestants, Cao Gia Bao, Grade 4/3, and Duong Quoc Thai Bao, Grade 4/8, both studying at Trinh Hoai Duc Primary School (Tran Bien ward), compete in Group M1 – Mathematical thinking and algorithmic thinking for primary school students. Two contestants, Duong Quoc Thien Ha, Grade 8/13, Tran Hung Dao Secondary School (Tran Bien ward), and Truong Anh Quan, Grade 7A8, Tan Phu Secondary School (Dong Phu commune), compete in Group M2 – Mathematical thinking and algorithmic thinking for secondary school students.
As a result, the Dong Nai delegation won 7 awards at the contest. Among them, contestant Pham Hai Dang, Grade 11A2, Luong The Vinh High School for the Gifted, won second prize; two contestants, Phung Ngoc Nguyen Duc and Bui Viet Thanh, Grade 12 specializing in Informatics at Luong The Vinh High School for the Gifted, won third prizes.
Four contestants received consolation prizes, including Nguyen Gia Vinh, Grade 5/3, Quang Vinh Primary School; Cao Gia Bao, Grade 4/3, Trinh Hoai Duc Primary School; Duong Quoc Thien Ha, Grade 8/13, Tran Hung Dao Secondary School; and Truong Anh Quan, Grade 7A8, Tan Phu Secondary School.
In particular, contestant Duong Quoc Thai Bao, Grade 4/8, Trinh Hoai Duc Primary School, received the promising prize.
