At the meeting, members of the Provincial Fund for the Poor Mobilization Board contributed opinions on expenditure levels, forms of expenditure, procedures, and key activities... for the Draft Decision promulgating the Operating Regulations of the Dong Nai Provincial Fund for the Poor Mobilization Board; the Draft Decision promulgating the Regulations on expenditure content, support levels, and approval authority for some expenditures from the Dong Nai Provincial Fund for the Poor; and the Draft of some key activities of the Provincial Fund for the Poor Mobilization Board for the last 4 months of 2025.

According to the draft content, the level of support provided through the Provincial Fund for the Poor will be equal to or higher than previous levels. Specifically, Tet (Lunar New Year) support for poor households and other eligible cases is set at 1 million VND per household. Emergency assistance in the event of a natural disaster is at least 5 million VND per household. Support for purchasing materials, production tools, seedlings, and livestock is capped at 30 million VND per household. Poor households, near-poor households, and those facing especially difficult housing conditions receive 80 million VND to build a great solidarity house and 40 million VND for home repairs.

For students who are children of poor households, near-poor households, or households with difficult circumstances, the support level ranges from 1-5 million VND...

In cases where it is necessary to increase the support level, the Standing Board of the Provincial Fund for the Poor Mobilization Board will consider and decide.

Ha Anh Dung, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province, emphasized that in addition to state policies, many families in the province are in urgent need of community support through the Provincial Fund for the Poor. Therefore, drafting regulations related to the operation of the Provincial Fund for the Poor Mobilization Board is essential to complete procedures for resource allocation, ensure legal compliance, promote transparency, and provide optimal levels of assistance for each eligible case.

Ha Anh Dung called on members of the Provincial Fund for the Poor Mobilization Board to continue working closely with its Standing Board to finalize related content and complete the draft documents, thereby expediting the implementation of the decisions.
