The ceremony of granting the initial issuance of the land certificate to Dieu Bron's family, an ethnic minority household in Da Kia commune, became a special milestone, affirming positive progress in administrative procedure reform in the locality.

Bron's five-member family depends on three hectares of cashew trees as their main source of livelihood. Just over a month after submitting his application, and right as the two-tier local government system came into operation, he received the land use right certificate (red book) for a 5,000m² plot.

"With this certificate, we can easily access bank loans, invest in agricultural supplies, and better care for our crops," Bron shared happily.

At the ceremony, Ly Trong Nhan, Secretary of the Da Kia Commune Party Committee, together with leaders of the commune People's Committee, congratulated Bron's family and expressed the hope that they would continue to develop their economy and improve their living standards.

Truong Luong Anh, Deputy Chairman of the Da Kia Commune People's Committee, said this is the first land use right certificate ("red book") signed and issued by the commune since the decentralization of authority, marking a favorable start for land use right certification work in the locality.

According to the plan, Da Kia Commune will continue directing relevant departments to verify and complete applications to issue land use right certificates (red books) promptly and in accordance with regulations. The issuance of the first certificate to Dieu Bron's family not only brings joy to them but also serves as a positive signal for the entire commune, particularly ethnic minority households, helping residents feel secure in investing and developing a sustainable economy.
