The Selection Council for the 2025 “ Outstanding Enterprise for Workers” Awards has officially announced the list of 30 honorees in 2025. Dong Nai province has one enterprise named in the list that is Nhon Trach 2 Petroleum Power J.S. Company, located in Phuoc Khanh commune. This enterprise has consistently strived to foster a better working environment, prioritize employee welfare, and improve overall quality of life for its workforce. In addition, it has worked to establish a harmonious, stable, and forward-looking labor relationship, with a long-term vision toward sustainable development in the context of continued integration and growth.
The program in honour of outstanding enterprises for the workers is an annual event chaired by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, in coordination with the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). The program has been held by Lao Dong Newspaper since 2014. Over the years, numerous participating enterprises have been honored with certificates of merit from the Prime Minister and the organizers.
