Over 38,000 workers at Changshin Vietnam Co., Ltd. warmed by the Trade Union meal

(ĐN) - On July 26, on the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28), the grassroots Trade Union of Changshin Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Tan Trieu Ward, in coordination with the company's Board of directors, organized the Trade Union meal program for over 38,000 workers of the company.

Nguyen Tat Do, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai Province, Bui Thi Bich Thuy, Vice Chairwoman in charge of the Provincial Labor Federation, and other Trade Union officials attended and shared the joy with the workers.

The Trade Union meal was organized with a richer and higher quality food portion than usual, each portion valued at 50,000 VND, compared to 22,000 VND on normal days, with support from Trade Union funds and the enterprise. The meal included rice, braised shrimp, braised pork, boiled vegetables, and soup. In addition, each worker also received a portion of cake and a soft drink.

Notably, the Trade Union meal took place in an enthusiastic and warm atmosphere as company leaders and Trade Union officials participated, conversed, and understood the aspirations and thoughts of union members and workers. Therefore, they gained a deeper understanding and exchanged more about life and work, fostering cohesion within the enterprise.

Bui Thi Bich Thuy, Vice Chairwoman in charge of the Provincial Labor Federation, stated that the Trade Union meal with an increased food portion ensures nutrition, health, and restores workers' productivity; thereby building trust and attachment of union members and workers to the Trade Union organization and the enterprise.

 Bui Thi Bich Thuy thanked the company's leaders for creating conditions and accompanying the grassroots Trade Union in organizing a quality meal and expressed her wish that the enterprise continues to care for welfare and create motivation for workers to improve labor productivity and commit to the sustainable development of the enterprise.
