16 enterprises participate in 7th job fair

(ĐN)- On July 10, the Dong Nai Employment Service Center organized the 7th Job Fair of 2025, attracting 16 enterprises to register for recruitment with a total recruitment demand of nearly 1,800 workers.

Business sectors that recruit a large number of workers include: garments, footwear, electrical - electronics, mechanics, life insurance, financial services, wood, etc., recruiting many job positions, especially unskilled laborers. At the fair, about 550 workers participated in job searching and interviews, and nearly 200 workers are expected to be recruited.

According to the Dong Nai Employment Service Center, the common situation today is an imbalance between labor supply and demand, with no connection or common ground between the capacity, experience, and desires of workers and the recruitment requirements and benefits of enterprises. The situation where workers remain unemployed while many job positions are vacant due to unsuitability in age, skills, or desired work location leads to ineffective counseling and connection between workers and enterprises.

In the coming time, the center will promote job fairs at the center and its representative offices for workers and enterprises to participate. The center will also coordinate with wards and communes to promote job fair activities in each locality; at the same time, it will strengthen counseling and job placement for those receiving unemployment benefits, creating all conditions for workers to return to the labor market soon.
